    • Mondays & Wednesdays @ 8:00 am & 9:15am
    • Tuesdays @ 5:00pm & 6:15pm
    • Some Saturday classes available (check monthly events)
    • Private sessions as available (please message)

All classes are free to attend and yoga supplies & props are provided!
